Written authorization is required prior to the return of any item. No returns are allowed for special ordered items, made-to-order items or non-standard threads.
Only items that are in original and saleable condition may be returned for refund or exchange. When a return is allowed, a restocking fee of 25% of the original price is charged.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return freight is at the expense of the purchaser.
